The basement parking space is insufficient!!! The toilet lighting system feels overly bright and limiting with just one switch!!! Shower products aren’t exactly skin-friendly, which was disappointing!!!

The hotel offers comfortable beds and great air conditioning, perfect for a good night's sleep. Rooms are clean, with a bottle of water provided daily. Breakfast included a wide variety of delicious options, really fueling our mornings. Loved the excellent service from the staff. they were very attentive and friendly. However, the check-in process took quite a while, over 30 minutes, which was a bit frustrating after a long journey. Additionally, the basement parking was limited, making it tough for guests with cars. Overall, a lovely place to stay, but these areas could use improvement.

I had a great stay in a cozy room with a beautiful city view, and I loved how convenient it was to walk to Wong Amat Beach, which is less than a 5-minute walk away, making it super easy to enjoy both the city and the ocean during my trip.
